Fax ATA
A fax ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) is a small device that allows you to connect a fax machine to the Granite Cloud Phone System fax services over the internet. The ATA converts the analog signal from the fax machine into a digital signal that can be transmitted over the internet to the cloud. Benefits of using a fax ATA over a traditional phone line are increased reliability, lower costs, and added features. Features include receiving an email attachment in addition to the regular paper copy of the fax and the ability to send outbound faxes via email to fax.
