Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cloud Phone & Network Technician to join our team. This role involves building and managing cloud phone systems, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional service to our customers both in the office and on-site. If you have experience with VoIP systems and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Build, configure, and manage cloud phone systems for customers.
Install phones and related hardware at customer locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with phone hardware, peripherals (e.g., headsets), voice quality, and network connectivity.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach.
Use ConnectWise Manage to review tickets, document work, and track progress.
Coordinate with other vendors as necessary to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
CompTIA Network+ certification preferred but not required.
Experience with VoIP/cloud phone systems, SIP, and network troubleshooting preferred.
Familiarity with Yealink phones is a plus.
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools.
Experience using ConnectWise Manage or similar ticketing/documentation software preferred.
